How to Contact Us

At Caballito Sweets, each order is made fresh and often customized specifically for your event. Because of the perishable and custom nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place.

All custom orders require a deposit to secure your date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your order more than 7 days before your scheduled pickup date, any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup are non-refundable, as materials and production time have already been allocated.

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final once your order has been picked up.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item or quality concern), you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup with:​

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

Refunds or replacements are granted at our discretion.

If you fail to pick up your order at the scheduled time and do not make prior arrangements, your order may be forfeited without refund.
