All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• A deposit may be required to secure custom or event orders.

• Final payment must be made prior to pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Many of our products are made-to-order and customized for specific events.

By approving a design, description, or order details, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed all spelling, dates, colors, and details carefully.

• Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees.

• Custom orders are non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Caballito Sweets does not offer shipping.

• Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon date and time.

• If you arrive late, we are not responsible for any product damage that may occur due to extended holding time.

• Failure to pick up your order at the scheduled time without prior arrangement may result in forfeiture without refund.

Once products leave our possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation.

Our products are perishable and should be:

• Stored appropriately as instructed

• Kept at recommended temperatures

• Handled carefully during transport

Caballito Sweets is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Milk

• Eggs

• Wheat

• Soy

• Nuts

Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

For weddings and large events:

• Final guest counts and details must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.

• Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

• We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including weather, power outages, emergencies, etc.).

All designs, photographs, branding, logos, and content on www.caballitosweets.com are the property of Caballito Sweets and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our products for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Caballito Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Caballito Sweets operates.
